About Us

Our Class:
Lifetime Fitness is a class that centers not only around making students healthy, but also giving them the strong foundation to keep and maintain the habits that will rule our physical future for years to come. In the large group lectures, students are given the with the opportunity to learn the science of what we do on the track, field, or swimming pool. Looking at physical health through a classroom perspective is a valuable aspect in our PE classes, and we find that physical health often leads to better mental health, and overall leaves you feeling better, thinking better, and living better.

The Project
The Nutrition blog project aims to simply inform and as a way to share information about healthy eating and different nutritional lifestyles. It's a simple concept. However, we want to bring things up a bid above standard. We'll not only we telling you the pros and cons of things, but saying it in a way that is understandable, user friendly, and hopefully not sleep inducing. Our blog has more than just the bare minimum, and we recommend you take the time to look at everything! Thanks for visiting.

The Editors:

Lea: Health food Maniac
I'll be managing most of the application of the information on this site. I've planned out a 3 day meal plan and researched the macromolecules, the very science of what it all comes down to. Check it out.

Megan: Main site editor
Amongst other things, I will be taking care of the aesthetics and user friendliness of this site, by managing the pages, the posts, and anything else that I can get my keyboard on. Any comments feel free to leave on this page. I'll also be taking care of the Caloric intake section and catalouging all our sources, as well as any notes we've taken.

Kallista: Actually Not a Weirdo.
Hi, I'll be taking care of things having to do with our basic information, to introduce the more complex topics in a way that we all can understand. I will be also taking care of posting pictures and visuals on the posts, and like Megan and Lea, will be editting any posts to make sure nobody trips up.
